Established in 1991, Gobble Properties is a commercial real estate company that has over 2.5 million square feet of warehouse space. After starting as only a 100,000 sq ft warehouse storage location for a local lawnmower and bicycle manufacturer, we've grown at a steady pace over the last 30+ years. In 2010, we purchased a 945,000 sq ft facility in Lawrenceburg that just so happened to be the same local lawnmower and bicycle manufacturer that got us started. In the spring of 2020 we purchased what was once the facility that made and published the National Geographic Magazines in Corinth, MS.  That 550,000 sq ft building gave us a little more than 2 million sq ft of warehouse and distribution space.  Then in April of 2022, we purchased a 200,000 sq ft building in Florence, AL and also broke ground on another 250,000 sq ft warehouse in Lawrenceburg.  These additions will give us over 2.5 million square feet of space in TN, AL, and MS. We hope to continue to grow our company across the nation as the need arises for more and more warehouse and distribution opportunities.
